Jose joins Signet as its Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for managing the firm’s resources including technology, people, and relationships with external service providers. Jose comes to Signet after having spent 33 ½ years at Ullico, a labor-owned insurance and investment company, most recently as AVP, Investments Operations.

Jose studied Graphic Arts at the Corcoran College of Arts and Design, Business and Finance at the University of Maryland University College and NVCC. Outside the office, Jose’s interests include cycling on the local roads and trails, and hiking.
